Our core services include precision CNC machining, component manufacturing, fabrication and assembly works. Established over 45 years ago we have grown to a company of 30+ employees and facilities include 2 buildings – total of 3000 sq/m. Servicing sectors such as R&D, Aerospace, Materials Handling, Power Generation, Mineral Processing, Rail & Defence.
Our operations are ISO9001:2015 accredited which provides you with consistency on how we manufacture quality products, deliver on time, and create cost saving solutions.
Core to our business assets is a fleet of 15 Mazak CNC machine tools which enable us to produce a large variety of components on a small or large batch type basis. Multiple 5 axis CNC machining capability enables the manufacture of complex type components ranging from 5mm turned & milled up to 680 diameter x 1.5m long on our Mazak Integrex i400S 5 axis multitasking machine.
CNC turning capacity up to 1 metre diameter and can accommodate 4 meters in length. CNC milling capacity up to 2.5t on 3m, 4 + 1 axis milling machines.
Our ongoing commitment to training and developing local people to master new skills, has produced 1-2 skilled tradespeople per year for over 20 years.
